I am always very proud when customers come to Mia Capri Restaurant after visiting Capri and tell me how impressed they were by the beauty and atmosphere of the island. This has led me to prepare a little tribute because I would like to convey to the people of the country where I am working guest something of the beauty and magic of Capri. I would also like to share with them a little of my knowledge of the island and its curiosities . I do not do this in any official capacity but a desire arising from my passion and love for Capri and because I am very proud of my Caprisian origins.For me because of my chosen profession the easiest way to do this is to talk about food but I would also like take you around with a virtual tour to discovery all the beauty of the island of Capri and the curiosity about food .Before I start I must say that this tour is not intented to be competitive or to invite comparison with others better qualified than myself.It is something I choose to do out of love and humility .My intention is not to impose my ideas but to convey something of the wonder of our food which is made from the finest simple ingredients and prepared with passion,skill and imagination.
